Our kitchen chef Simon Blessing with his team provide culinary enjoyments of a very special kind, you can find them listed into our menue and menue card. Mr. Jens Boy will help you to find the corresponding wine, aperitive or degustive. He will love to tell you some stories in coherence with our fine assortment of whiskey and brandies.

Sweetwater fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, mineral water, wines and spirits are exlusive from homemade production, which our kitchen chiefs prepare daily and fresh in a great culinary variety for you. You can be absolutely sure, that you will only get first class quality into the Blessings Landhotel which is from local farmers.
